While shopping through your account, the amounts of your orders are accumulating, which gives you great advantages. When you are ready with your choice of models, click over the basket of purchases. In that basket you can see the size, the amount and the price of all of your chosen items, also the total amount of your order. Fill in the code for discount/if you have one/. After filling it in, the total amount would be reduced with the relevant amount of the discount.

Your next step is to indicate your delivery address and a telephone number, also the methods of payment. When you are shopping through your user account you are able just to confirm your details from your profile, or to change the address with a comfortable one, if it is needed.

For our customers’ convenience we offer the following methods of payment:

1. Cash on delivery – the payment will be done in cash to the delivery driver at the moment you receive your order. For orders which are more than 150 BGN, the delivery is free of charge.

The money you transfer should be the same as the amount of your order. The shipping cost should be paid at the moment of the delivery.

3. Via debit or credit card

For this way of payment it is necessary to follow the steps of the order, choose “way of payment’- “Credit card”. The bank cards with which you are able to make an online payment are: MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, V PAY. Please, pay attention that your V PAY or Master Card Electronic would be accepted only, if it is registered to be part of the schemes of “Verified by Visa” or Master card SecureCode. Please also check if your card is open for internet transactions. The maximum amount for transaction is 10 000 BGN.

The safety while filling in and transferring the card information is assured by using a SSL protocol for encrypting the connection between our server and the payment page of the bank, which we work with.

The authenticity of your card will be checked by typing a security code (CVV2). In addition to that, for your identification as a card holder, the payment server for electronic commerce of the bank, which we work with maintain.

The data that the customer must complete the payment card are:

• Card details (number, expiration date, 3-digit security code, cardholder name, address)

Before pressing ORDER select a method of the delivery. All products which are ordered in our online shop can be delivered to the address specified by you or to an office of the courier company Econt or Speedy - by customer, and you have the ability to review and test the chosen products before you pay for them to the courier. Our partners will inform you via SMS about the value of the shipment before it is shipped. The total value is calculated on the value of the cash on delivery / if any /, 5 BGN - size of the courier costs that are borne by the customer. For orders over 150 BGN the courier costs are borne by us.

Orders made after 16:00 are processed the next day.

Orders made on Saturday after 12.00 pm and on Sunday are processed on Monday.

The deadline for delivery is from 1 to 3 work days. Orders which are undelivered and unclaimed at an office of the courier within 3 days will be returned to sender.
