Return and exchange
According to rule 50 from the Law on the consumer protection you have the right to return the purchased goods in terms of 14 business days, with the possibility to exchange them or we can return your money, as you should meet the following requirements:

There are no damages on the merchandise;

The merchandise is not used;

There are no damages on the inside and outside part of the package;

If you send it with the accompanying documents ( warranty card, cash receipt or invoice)
Before you send the good back to us to address: city Haskovo, str. #1 “Panorama”- Massimo Zardi, pleasе, let us know – telephone number: 0700 11 120. This is necessary, so we can exchange your goods with new ones or to return your money back as soon as possible.
The amount of money for the purchased goods will be returned after receiving back the package and assuring ourselves that the requirements for returns are fulfilled. You will have the amount in your bank account in 3 business days or cash only for packages which are sent with the option for review.
The expenses for the courier services for returns of goods will be at your expense.
If the returned from the customer goods does not comply the requirements for returns (exchange), Massimo Zardi keeps its rights to refuse a return or exchange!
Warranty
The commercial warranty for the purchased from you goods is 30 calendar days. The warranty is valid only in the situations when there is a factory defect.
The accepted from reclamation goods has to be in the same condition as described in the selling contract in terms of 30 calendar days according to the rule 113 from the Law on the consumer protection.
According to r.114 from the Law on the consumer protection, the consumers can not claim for returning back their money or for discounts if the merchant agree to recondition the goods or have the possibility to exchange them with new ones.
“Ailain Dizain”Ltd is responsible according to r.119. Apart from commercial warranty the seller is responsible for discrepancy between the consumer goods and the contract for the sale according to a warranty according to r. 112-115.
